Next Step Foundation, LLC is a Delaware-based organization committed to empowering individuals, families, and communities through mental health education, substance use prevention, and peer recovery support. We serve high-risk and underserved populations with compassion, connection, and culturally relevant care.
Our mission is to provide practical tools, healing resources, and a supportive path forward for those impacted by addiction, trauma, and mental health challenges. We work closely with schools, faith communities, and local organizations to expand access to prevention and recovery services throughout Delaware.
Our Programs Include:
Reach & Recover – Community-based outreach and education to raise awareness about substance misuse and mental health.
Peer Recovery Support Services – Certified peer specialists provide mentoring, navigation, and recovery coaching for individuals in or seeking recovery.
Youth Prevention & Empowerment Workshops – School- and community-based programs designed to build resilience and prevent substance use among youth.
Faith & Recovery Initiatives – Partnerships with local churches and faith leaders to support spiritual and emotional healing.
Community Resource Navigation – Linking individuals and families to housing, employment, mental health, and treatment services.
Trauma-Informed Education & Training – Workshops and presentations for professionals, families, and youth on the impact of trauma and pathways to healing.
